Position: Lexus Associate

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Job Purpose:

To deliver a personalized and authentic Lexus brand experience through Lexus Emerge, a brand experience facility operated by Toyota Sales Mongolia LLC, under the direct guidance of the Manager and Deputy Manager. In addition, to actively contribute to the implementation and support of departmental objectives/goals and all brand-related initiatives.

Key roles:

1. Daily Operations

2. Customer Feedback Management/CRM

3. Customer Communication

4. Establishing the Lexus Owners' Community

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, automotive, or customer service roles preferred

- Clear and confident communication skills

- Willingness to learn and communicate Lexus brand knowledge effectively

- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills

- Ability to collect, manage, and maintain customer information accurately and confidentially

- Valid driver's license with the ability to conduct vehicle test drives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant reporting tools
