Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business management.
- +1 year of experience in accounting/banking/finance.
- Strong data entry skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and/ or as a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
Responsibilities:
- Verify scanned data captures all information correctly.
- High volume of data entry in the system.
- Match vendor invoices to receipts on purchase orders.
- Maintaining historical records of all documents properly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Other responsibilities and duties as required by the supervisor.
