Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business management.
  • +1 year of experience in accounting/banking/finance.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and/ or as a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify scanned data captures all information correctly.
  • High volume of data entry in the system.
  • Match vendor invoices to receipts on purchase orders.
  • Maintaining historical records of all documents properly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as required by the supervisor.
