Job Title: General Administrative Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Assist in maintaining the office 976.

-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
-Manage facilities and general office needs for ready to use.
-Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
-Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, contracts and official letters
log.
-Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
-Processing financial transactions, such as payments, invoices, and expense reports,
and ensuring they are properly recorded and tracked.
-Coordinate with financial outsource firm, HR, Legal and other third-party and prepare
the documents as needed.
-Collaborating and networking with colleagues, outsourcing company and other
departments as required.
-Assist in reviewing documents.
-Assist in translation of documents and/or meetings.
-Maintain regular and effective communication with HQ and overseas colleagues as
needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Associate or bachelors degree in a related field.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English AND Mongolian.
-Able to travel to Thailand for 30 days onboarding program or as needed.
-Able to travel to various locations, both domestically and internationally, as needed
to perform job duties.
-Well organized, dedicated, reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
-Prior experience in overall office administration or in a related field.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
