Job title: Communication engineer (Fire system, IT communication specialist)

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide engineers services and support on communication design of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan. Support the work of the department.

Contract Length: Until the end of 2025

Job responsibilities:

- Role-model the  HSE values and practices. Assist others to do the same Participate in the planning of projects to optimize HSE results.

- Participate in the promotion of safety as work culture through personal awareness and accountability in workplace and at home.

- Attend daily safety morning meeting.

- Support the implementation of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards for the areas under operates responsibility

- Designed and development of communication systems.

- Maintain to engineering solutions to address partner request and optimize performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

- Perform monitoring and validation to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with standards.

- Prepare design specifications, and reports, our team design standards. Collaborate closely with other partners.

- Participate in an engineering meetings and presentations to stakeholders to communicate work activity status and findings

- Solves a range of straightforward problems guided by defined procedures and solutions with guidance of Senior Engineer.

- Conducts an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine correct method for improvement. Use Practical Problem Solving method (Fish bone, 5 why, cause and effect diagram). And Continuously improve own experience and knowledges and gather knowledge of advanced problem soving methods (Fault tree, Taproot, Apollo etc.)

- Improve experience and knowledges by developing maintenance tactics as per the asset management guidelines and under review of senior engineers and take thier coaches.

- Provide technical support in the review of O & M programs to achieve high level of reliability and continuity of electrical/mechanical service.

- Familiarization with a carrying-out diagnostic tests and condition-based monitoring based on maintenance tactic

- Actively participate the CAPEX and OPEX, risk elimination projects to develop a design and calculation.

- Learning and gaining the best practice of project implementation based on Mongolian, RT and International standards.

Job requirements:
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities
- Design engineer of the communication and IT, fire systems
- An engineer with at least 5 years of experience in designing the of the communication, fire system according to the working drawing stage. Experience has in designing of the drawings and check the design.
