Product Marketing Supervisor

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Reports to: Country Sr. Manager (UB) and dotted line to RSM Sr. Marketing Manager (Moscow)

Role Summary:

• The Product & Experts Marketing Supervisor is responsible for managing the local product portfolio, launching new products, and driving expert-based educational and promotional initiatives. This includes coordinating all product activations, collaborating with regional teams, and engaging with nutrition and fitness experts to support market communication and PR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new product launches with 360° go-to-market strategies

• Maintain existing product portfolio through promotions, delistings, and campaigns

• Develop and maintain the product calendar, including comms, training, reporting

• Localize and execute product campaigns with experts and community leaders

• Coordinate and manage educational activities with HLF experts

• Supervise the work and reporting of the nutrition & fitness expert team

• Create marketing tools: catalogues, guides, product materials

• Support product-related PR/media and professional community initiatives

• Ensure compliance with documentation and purchasing policies

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Experience:

• 5+ years in product marketing (preferably in FMCG, Pharma, OTC)

• Experience with nutrition, food supplements, sports nutrition is an advantage

• Prior experience in multinational organizations is preferred

• Track record in project management and product lifecycle execution

Languages:

• Fluent English required

• Russian (upper intermediate or fluent) is a plus
