Managing Director

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Managing Director to oversee the operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies in Mongolia that will promote the growth and profitability of the business, will be responsible for managing the daily operations, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the site's high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business;
• Manage the daily operations, including customer support, moderation, sales, finance, marketing, and advertising;
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, the development team, customers, and partners;
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and develop plans to stay ahead of the competition;
• Manage financial performance, including setting budgets, analyzing financial statements, and managing expenses.
• Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to meet the objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role in the IT industry, marketing, and business development, preferably in the website industry;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English or Russian;
• Willingness to be a director of the Mongolian legal entity and living in Ulaanbaatar.
