Job Responsibilities:

• Develop foundational requirements for alliance workshop standards by assessing the current state and identifying areas for improvement. 
• Create and implement actionable plans to enhance workshop performance and alignment with standards.
• Analyze workshop sales trends and calculate demand based on customer profiles to develop accurate supply plans and coordinate effectively with suppliers.
• Identify gaps between current workshop conditions and established standards, and develop tailored support plans including training and on-site (Genba) assistance.
• Establish a scheme for the HVB disposal and collection
• Conduct market trend research and analyze relevant government policies.
• Define the HVB disposal and collection scheme in collaboration with stakeholders, develop a complete SOP, and formulate annual initiative plans with clear goals, targets, and budget.
• Information sharing with all the stakeholders and supporting the division policy and manufacturer's request

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree related field is preferred
• Preferred fields of study include supply and demand economics or technical education
• Prior experience in supply chain management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English (Japanese is a plus)
• Solid understanding of vehicle structures.
• Strong ability in data analysis and calculations related to supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teaching skills.
