Role purpose:
A specialist shall provide expert guidance, knowledge, and support to department operations to help them make informed decisions, solve problems, or improve the C.A.S project. The role of an advisor can vary depending on the scheduled or planned tasks, but the core responsibilities generally revolve around offering insights, recommendations, and strategies. To have knowledge of the Underground operation. and support other departments on creative content
Contract length: 8 Months
Duties and responsibilities:
- Understand the needs, challenges, and goals of the individual or organization
- Analyze data, current processes, and market conditions to provide informed advice
- Assist in developing long-term plans, including setting goals, outlining strategies, and defining key performance indicators
- Track the progress of recommended strategies and provide ongoing support to ensure the advice is executed effectively.
- Communicate complex concepts in an understandable way to vendors, ensuring effective and efficient communication with vendors and owners teams
- Help define the animation projects goals and deliverables within the short-term constraints
- Ensure clarity around the projects timeline, style, target audience, and intended message. Advise on prioritizing tasks to align with the limited time frame
- Provide advice on optimizing workflows to ensure smooth and timely production. Recommend tools, software, and methodologies (e.g., Agile sprints) that streamline animation processes, from storyboarding to final production
- Help in setting realistic timelines for each phase (e.g., scripting, storyboarding, animation, post-production) and ensure the team stays on track
- Recommend techniques to balance creativity with efficiency, such as using simple designs, video content, posters, loopable animations, or reusable assets
- Advise on the best use of resources, such as personnel (animators, designers, voice actors), software, and hardware, to produce high-quality results within a short time
- Suggest tools or libraries (e.g., pre-made animation templates or assets) to accelerate production while maintaining quality
- Ensure that despite the short timeline, the quality of the animation meets industry standards and aligns with the client's expectations
Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or related discipline (commensurate and relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a high level of discretion, diplomacy, and ability in managing conflict and gaining consensus
- Extremely strong, proven experience writing, translating, proofing and top-notch copy-editing skill
