Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Strategic Research
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor trends in audit, tax, and advisory services to identify high-potential growth areas.
- Produce client insight reports, opportunity mapping, and sectoral snapshots for internal
- planning.
Opportunity Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and government
- agencies.
- Engage with international partners to explore cross-border project opportunities.
Proposal & Tender Management
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of proposals in response to RFPs and tender
- invitations.
- Work with technical teams to shape service offerings and price strategies tailored to client
- needs.
- Manage timelines, compliance, and documentation required for successful submissions.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, service brochures, and client presentations.
- Contribute to thought leadership content, blog posts, and case studies showcasing our
- impact.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
CRM & Client Lifecycle Support
- Maintain and update client data in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads
- and engagements.
- Collaborate with service line teams to coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and account
- development activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications,
- Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a professional
- services environment (audit, tax, legal, or consulting).
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- and closing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mongolian.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and managing multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development purposes both locally and internationally.
