Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Strategic Research

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor trends in audit, tax, and advisory services to identify high-potential growth areas.
  • Produce client insight reports, opportunity mapping, and sectoral snapshots for internal
  • planning.

Opportunity Development

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and government
  • agencies.
  • Engage with international partners to explore cross-border project opportunities.

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of proposals in response to RFPs and tender
  • invitations.
  • Work with technical teams to shape service offerings and price strategies tailored to client
  • needs.
  • Manage timelines, compliance, and documentation required for successful submissions.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, service brochures, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, blog posts, and case studies showcasing our
  • impact.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

CRM & Client Lifecycle Support

  • Maintain and update client data in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads
  • and engagements.
  • Collaborate with service line teams to coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and account
  • development activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications,
  • Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a professional
  • services environment (audit, tax, legal, or consulting).
  • Proven experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • and closing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mongolian.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business development purposes both locally and internationally.
