Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Consultant manages the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates into suitable roles for client organizations. This role involves developing strong client and candidate relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering effective talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client business objectives and recruitment needs
- Advertise job vacancies through various platforms and proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing, candidate submission, interview arrangement, offer management to onboarding
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure accurate, up-to-date records
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
- Prepare reports on recruitment activity and placement performance
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or any field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure
- Proactive, results-driven, and client-focused attitude
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
