Position title: HR & Admin Executive
Company: International inspection and certification company
Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Main purpose:

Provide full spectrum of Human Resource services, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, legal & compliance (Mongolian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax, Safety Law etc.), HR documents & company policies preparation and filing in accordinace with local regulations and company policy


Objectives:

  • Provide salary and other related calculations, prepare and certify monthly social security and quarterly PIT reports
  • Properly prepare monthly and year-end reports and submit them to relevant organizations and officials
  • Collaborate with relevant officials during the stages from hiring to dismissal and prepare relevant documents in accordance with the law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of Management and/or Accounting or similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and/or Accountant
  • Proficient in English and Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PPT and ability to work on Interactive Diamond system, Knowledge of Local Labour Law
  • Ability to communicate with people and work as a team, initiative, problem solving
  • Good communication skill, Fast learner, Detail oriented and good in handle numbers, Proactive, Responsible
  • Good in written and verbal English
