Position: Project Specialist (Responsible for Joint Service Centers)

Department: Corporate Planning Department
Division: Operations Division

Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to establish joint service centers, develop operational guidelines and procedures for those centers, and expand collaborative partnerships and service networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop requirements, operational procedures, and standards for joint service centers
• Identify and select service centers eligible for collaboration based on established criteria
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of joint service centers, providing professional advice and operational support
• Closely cooperate with all related parties concerning joint service centers, including the AISIN brands' spare parts division, technical support team, and training sections

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Previous work experience in an automotive service center
• Broad knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle parts and service operations
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on technical skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and instruction-giving abilities
• Proficiency in English and/or Japanese is an advantage
