Role purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide engineering services and support on architectural, urban planning and interior design activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan.

Contract length: Until the end of 2025

Duties and responsibilities:
- The mandate will focus on the design and maintenance of buildings, architectural, and structures (bridges, railways, roads, etc.) to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of infrastructure, human resources, and costs
- Support the work of the department
- Review architectural and urban designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with the company's requirements and local regulations
- Provide recommendations and approvals on design changes or modifications - Coordinate with other consultants and stakeholders to ensure the projects overall integration

Job requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture or Urban planning field from an accredited institution.
- Certified professional licence in Urban planning
- An architect with at least 5 years of experience in architecture design and urban planning field with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Experience with importing and exporting metadata from models into lifecycle management tools.
- Experience in lifecycle management of BIM models and document management.
- Experience has in designing of the drawings and check the design.
- Knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, Civil3d and other 3D modeling, Microsoft project, Microsoft office and other applications,
- Knowledge utilizing Point clouds for content verification and creation in 3D tools.
- Experience in BIM 360 suite.
- Experience in interior design practices.
- Able to create & develop user-friendly geometer modelling from the point cloud.
- Develop engineering design according to Mongolian and international standards for capital project and engineering works related to operations. Be able to consider OT safety, and the lifecycle when developing engineering design.
