  • Provide Customer Service

  • Update on Existing Reservations
  • Correspond with clients and make bookings accordingly
  • Preparations of confirmation letters to clients
  • Processes cancellations and modifications
  • Processes advance deposits on reservations
  • Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations
  • Helps develop room availabilities on the basis of reservations
  • Keeps tracks of special needs of clients
  • Monitors advances and deposits
  • Receiving and following up on comments or on complaints
  • Inputting of reservations on to a Specialized program
  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Follow up on payments
  • Intermediary between headquarters and the lodge
