PS Core Network Engineer

We are hiring PS Core Network Engineer in the international telecommunication industry!

RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIPTION:

• Equipment hardware installation, software installation, and commissioning, including Switches, Routers, GGSN/UGW, SGSN/MME, CG, Fusion Sphere, E9000, and other Cloud core network devices
• Equipment management and maintenance
• Implementing project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test
• Implement site survey and achieve survey report
• Supporting Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process
• Responsible for technical support service to customers or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team
• Onsite support in case of major or critical problems
• Responsible for handling technical cases on the ticket system and tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
• Follow-up issues that may arise during activities
• Customer communication and workshops
• Bidding support on project engineering and technical service-related part

REQUIRED CAPABILITY

• Technical skills on network devices. /Main skill: Fixed and Mobile Core network, IP network basic knowledge/.
• Fluency in English.
• Good communication skill
• Current or completion of the study of the relevant degree of Communication Engineering or similar field.
• 2 or 3 years of Switching engineering experience can be an advantage.
