Job Position:  Construction technical control supervisor

General purpose and main duties:

Fully concentrate and responsible for the ATO project infrastructure and construction technical control and its duties.

Responsible for obtaining as well as submitting construction and other related permits and materials to relevant

organizations.

Key functions:

Enquire and submit all documents such as construction permit and other permits and from related authorities

Take a control on required construction design drawings

Provide timely information to Management regarding to infrastructure and construction related permits

Report to the monthly basis about the technical construction control report to the Internal Audit department

To maintain and carry on the construction and infrastructure control works, to apply and follow the relevant

Codes and Standards, as Construction Code, City government code, and relates policies and procedures.

Create profiles and keep track of every construction on mining site.

Responsible for construction warranty certificates and have control on them.

Regularly inspect the construction, its plumbing and electrical wiring, and heating equipment, and make

adjustments and monitor the elimination of detected violations.

Ensure healthy and safe condition in the workplace of constructions

Pay close attention requiring those necessary documents from construction contractor companies

Require and advice to contractor companies

Leadership and teamwork

- Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure high performance is achieved

- Ensure behaviours are consistent to enhance the team environment and company values.

- Participate in work-based team activities and other events.

- Act honestly and with accuracy all times.

Integrated management system

Follow/maintain all the Integrated management system policy, be a role model

To implement all the policies and procedures of the IMS in the area of responsibility

Provide employees under direct supervision with pre-start meetings and workplace instructions.

Participate in risk assessment of the department and organize the process

Responsible for ensuring whether appropriate monitoring has been conducted for serious risk work of the

department.

Identify the accident category, inform accident to OHS and Environmental departments and report to

needed to be submitted in given time.

Involve the employees under direct supervision to training and related meetings of IMS

Securing the accident occurred area and conduct the investigation in given time

Conduct and participate in planned workplace inspections

Assign disciplinary warning to and employee who violates IMS

Initiate measures to prevent and correct hazards, risks and non-conformities

Cooperate with direct supervisor/Manager and/or OHS and Environmental department with issues related

to OHS and environment.

Actively participate in the implementation of policies, goals, and objectives of the IMS

Develop, participate in process of proposing procedures relevant for the workplace and production process.

Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents and maintain the information confidentiality in

accordance with policies, rules, and standards

Make suggestions for continuous improvement of operations and prevent from non- conformities

Operational performance plan

Develop monitor and review the development programs for the employees

Assist to set up construction department new starters workforce training

Monitor construction costs to deliver target costs or below.

Highlight variances from target and rectify in a timely manner.

Maintain high standard of housekeeping in all areas.

Requirement

Must have bachelor degree in this field

Advanced in English

Must have minimum 2 years construction or administration field experience

To maintain team work and act honestly

Able to work under workload

Proficiency with professional programs.
