Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Job description:

• New/Pre-owned/Demo car sales and handover
• Customer compliant processing
• Maintain relationship with existing customers
• Present brand features
• Complete daily tasks given by supervisor and support other related coordination personnel and department

Requirements:

• Excellent communication / Interacting (verbally &writing), Questioning, Strong negotiating, and closing skills
• Reliable and able to work using own initiative
• Enthusiasm to exceed personal goals and excellent Interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve a performance standard against a set targets monthly and quarterly
• Self-starter, target-driven
• Managing Stress
• Maintain product knowledge,
• At least three years of working experience in the automotive retail industry; two to three years of working experience with luxury car sales preferred
• Fluent English
• A university degree is preferred, automotive and technical understanding is preferred, valid driving license is essential
