Job Title: CES (Customer Engineering Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect on the field performances and usage conditions of products and associated services, in order to improve our offer and manage risks. (Weak Signals and Local Risk Analysis, Capture Usage)
  • Provide Technical Support to Customers, Prescribers and to M&S teams, in order to extract the full value of our offers and manage risks. (Give Advice)
  • Deploy actions for market interventions and Copycat, 
  • Depending on Domains, can organize, prospect, negotiate, implement and follow Fleet Surveys on the field.
  • The proper installation of the MEMS system and integration in the mine. 
  • The technical support for the Marketing and Sales team to promote and sell MEMS, as well as for warranty and claims.
  • The liaison with GC/central for all the technical aspects of MEMS in his country/zone to measure product performance, competitors evaluation and identify customer needs

Requirements:

  • Fluency level of both Mongolian and English
  • Engineering background
  • Excellent communication skills
