Senior Service Coordinator

Position: Senior service operations coordinator

Division: After-sales division

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Job Purpose: The purpose of the position is to analyze the dealers' operations, calculate KPIs, analyze detailed financial reports, prepare all required reports following the company and TMC, and ensure the continuous improvement of dealer operations. The role will also include conducting training for the dealer's person in charge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic approaches for analyzing dealer performance data, ensuring
• actionable insights are communicated effectively. /Growth strategy KPI, allocation on KPI, etc... /
• Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. /NPS, VOC/
• Establish performance benchmarks against industry standards and best practices to evaluate dealer efficiency and effectiveness.
• Creating a Power BI report of PL
• Support the service operations team in daily activities and collaborate with the technical and training teams to streamline processes.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and operation systems. Define the HVB disposal and collection scheme in collaboration with stakeholders, develop a complete SOP, and formulate annual initiative plans with clear goals, targets, and budgets. 
• Other and hoc duties;

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree related field, Finance, Accounting, Data analysis, Business administration;
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, automotive, or related roles;
• Proficiency in English (Japanese is a plus)
• Experience in finance or accounting, Data analysis skills
• Advanced English (Japanese proficiency is a plus);
• Business analyst, business improvement experience is a plus;
• Strong ability in data analysis and calculations related to supply chain management.
