Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and manage the agency's marketing team and oversee daily marketing operations. This role is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing client accounts, and ensuring the timely, high-quality execution of campaigns and projects.

A strong background in digital marketing and content development is essential. Certification in marketing or digital tools will be considered an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee marketing strategies, internal and external communication plans, and brand positioning.
• Lead, supervise, and support the marketing team's daily operations and task management.
• Manage and track the execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and client deliverables.
• Review, edit, and approve marketing texts, content, and communication materials.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management.

• Plan and attend product photo and video shoots;

Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing management or agency-side project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (copywriting and content development are a must).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Good organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools; experience with digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
• Marketing or digital marketing certification is an advantage.
