Role Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to perform the engineering functions related to heating, ventilation , cooling and district heating systems. This includes experience in heating, ventilation , cooling , including district heating, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Contract Length: Until the end of 2025

Job responsibilities:
- Design, calculate, and develop technical solutions for HVAC systems
- Identify HVAC and cooling system requirements and select appropriate materials
- Develop solutions to meet energy efficiency and airflow requirements of the building
- Coordinate and integrate HVAC systems with other engineering systems in the building
- Participates as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment, including technical, studies and site investigation
- Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and makes design recommendations
- Extensive experience in industrial HVAC applications, including large-scale commercial and industrial projects
- Understanding of and compliance with local and international standards, including ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association)
- Provides specific engineering training (equipment testing, specific instrument tools, interpreting the test results ) to the stakeholders and junior engineers
- Prepare Engineering Scopes of Work: Define clear and detailed scopes of engineering service providers (ESP) to follow
- Quality Assurance: Review QA documents before/during implementation - ITP's. Attend FAT/SAT as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Review and ensure MOCs which related to asset lifecycles and long term plans of assets.

Job requirements:
- Engineer above a bachelor's degree in heating ventilation and air conditioning
- Engineer of the heating ventilation and air conditioning
- Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in designing heating plants, outdoor heating, building heating, ventilation and cooling systems according to the working drawing stage. Experience in developing construction drawings of the HVAC system and check the design
- Proficiency in designing, calculating, and developing technical solutions for HVAC systems, coupled with in-depth knowledge of heating system design and planning. Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines, including ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association)
