Role description
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions

Monitor and report on sales performance, trends, and customer feedback

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Continuously seek ways to improve sales operations and customer service processes
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service

Strong Lead Generation and Sales skills

Solid understanding of Sales Operations and pipeline management

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
