Senior Analyst - Reporting and Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Analyst Reporting and Analytics, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions across multiple business units. Youll work with a range of reporting tools and platforms, including SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI, and more, while collaborating with global teams and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support the design, development, and deployment of analytics and reporting solutions

• Assist in the delivery of reporting dashboards, scorecards, and custom visualizations using tools such as SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI, and more

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements

• Deliver analytics solutions and support their usage across the organization

• Apply dimensional modelling and ETL design principles to ensure data quality and reliability

• Document technical specifications and user-facing guides for analytical products

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics space

• Work closely with global build and delivery teams to share expertise and deliver results

What you will bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience with data warehouse design, SQL, and ETL frameworks

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and concepts (e.g. OLAP, Power BI, Tableau)

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly

• A self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and tackle challenges

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, distributed team

• Fluency in English

It will also be beneficial if you have:

• Experience with DAX, Microsoft Power Platform, or SAP Analytics tools

• Understanding of project management principles

• A customer-focused mindset and experience working with diverse stakeholder groups

• A proactive attitude and ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
