About the job Finance Manager
Overview:
The Financial Manager is responsible for all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate revenue capture and daily revenue reporting, efficient asset and supplies purchasing, accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, salary payments and sound financial planning. This role supports management in making informed business decisions and maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the hotel.
- Prepare monthly salary and benefits payments.
- Manager hotel bank accounts.
- Oversee and action all materials and supplies sourcing, purchasing, and inventories,
- Prepare and review financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Support revenue management by analyzing occupancy, sales, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in hotel financial management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to management.
