To organize and manage the daily operations of the mine fuel storage facility; ensure the continuous and reliable fuel supply for machinery and equipment at the mine site; develop rules and procedures related to fuel receiving, storage, dispensing, and consumption; and ensure fire safety and operational safety.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Processing Technology, Petroleum Processing Technology, Petroleum Refinery Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a mining fuel storage facility, petroleum depot, fuel station, or other related fuel storage and dispensing facility.

Knowledge, Skills:

• Knowledge of fuel composition and quality parameters
• Understanding of how fuel quality affects the operation and reliability of machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of measuring and monitoring fuel contamination, water content, mechanical impurities, and foreign particles in fuel
• Ability to develop and prepare rules, procedures, work instructions, and methodologies
• Strong understanding of mining operational safety requirements
• Ability to analyze issues accurately and solve problems effectively
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn independently and continuously develop professional knowledge and skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a mining fuel storage facility, petroleum depot, fuel station, or other related fuel storage and dispensing facility.
