Responsibility:

- System Maintenance: Ensure the stability and performance of the SmartCare platform and its underlying infrastructure (Data-base, OS).

- Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis: Liaise with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and desired system modifications.
- Solution Planning & Implementation: Create plans for system expansions, configurations, or modifications based on customer demands.
- Technical Implementation: Execute approved plans, which may involve database updates, configuration changes, and coordinating deployments in a platform environment.
- Continuous Learning: Rapidly become an expert user and administrator of the proprietary SmartCare platform through internal training.

Requirements: 

- Strong ICT Foundation: Understanding of networking, hardware, software, and basic troubleshooting.
- SQL Database: Ability to write basic queries, understand data structures, and perform data manipulation.
- Linux/Unix Environment: Comfortable with command-line navigation, file systems, and basic shell commands.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English for colleagues interaction and documentation. (If knows Chinese it will be high leverage)
- Fast Learning & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new software and concepts. SmartCare will be taught.
- Active Listening: Essential for understanding customer needs and requirements accurately.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: A "fire to understand and learn" – seeks out solutions and knowledge independently.
