Sales Platforms Specialist

 Job Description:

Job Summary:

Promotes the adoption and routine use of existing sales platform capabilities within a region.
Key Responsibilities:
Understands how the current sales platform works and why it was designed to work as it does.
Can demo the sales platform to new users and help explain system user guides.
Can answer routine questions about the sales platform and its most common uses.
Responsible for resolution of routine support issues and escalating recurring questions and support
issues to the Sales Platform Leader for future action.
Liaises with Senior Analysts for more advanced user support and/or troubleshooting.
Provides regular updates on adoption progress within the region and users’ reasons for not adopting
as fast as desired.
Provides regular updates to the Sales Platform Program team on user feedback to specific sales
platform features or functions, issues, and/or needs for additional training and shares ideas for
continually improving business and support processes.
Collaborates with the Sales Operations Regional Manager to promote sales platform use, including
enhancements, within the region.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Experience working in a sales organization (sales representative, sales support) required.
Experience working in customer service or support preferred.
