 Job Description:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage Human Resource team

·       Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for the company

·       Evaluate training and development programs

·       Develop HR policies and analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools

·       Regularly implement measures to improve the organization culture

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

·       Experience of productive performance in HR field in a company with more than 500    employees

·       Fluent English language is a must

·       Capable of preparing documents

·       Capable of working in a team, and managing it

·       Self-organized

·       Able to work in the countryside when required

·       Experience of working in the mining sector will be an advantage

·       Extensive knowledge of HR functions and related laws
