Coordinator of Regional Development

 Job Description:

Regional Development Coordinator being responsible for the regional development of total 21 regions, would need to develop the communication tools/channels and support the local leadership of related market, deploy the strategy on the field. Regional Development Coordinator needs to work with Member leadership during and between Member events.

Requirements: 
- Previous experience in a sales-type environment highly desirable 
- Commercial experience displaying proof of strong organisational skills 
- Basic budget preparation, converting sales data into graphical format for reports, etc. 
   - Working with numbers and statistics
   - Experience working and travelling abroad beneficial
- Advanced Russian and English language knowledge

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS: 
- Good PC skills (MS Office) 
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS: 
-  Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills 
- Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks 
- Able to work as part of an international team but also independently
- Able to set own priorities & take the initiative 
- Ability to multi-task but still attend to detail and focus on important issues 
- Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines 
- Very customer service oriented 
- Strong administrative & organisational skills

Additional:
Must be prepared to travel throughout the markets of responsibility and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working hours, which will include some evenings and weekends.
