Job Title: Legal Officer
Company: Mining Company (Coal)
Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and update the companys legal documents and contracts.
• Represent the company before courts, government agencies, and external parties.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support across all departments of the company.
• Ensure the companys operations comply with Mongolian laws and mining regulations.
• Participate in contract negotiations and risk assessment for ongoing projects.
• Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Officer or Corporate
• Lawyer, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Mongolian legal framework and corporate law.
• Experience representing companies in court and drafting legal documentation.
• Fluency in English or Chinese (advanced level).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
