The Solution Responsible (SR) is responsible for developing account-level solution strategies, delivering competitive ICT solutions, and supporting business growth by aligning customer requirements with technical and commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution strategy and planning for assigned customer accounts.
• Analyze customer network architecture, business operations, technology roadmap, and investment plans to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, technical decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings, technical workshops, solution presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial solutions.
• Take ownership of the complete solution lifecycle, from opportunity identification and requirement analysis through solution design, proposal submission, project handover, and delivery support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance solution competitiveness.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer business objectives, technical requirements, commercial expectations, and delivery capabilities.

General requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working with telecom operators, network vendors, system integrators, or enterprise ICT solution providers is highly preferred.
   

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English and Mongolian.
