About the job Customer Service Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage client relationships and contract renewals
Coordinate, motivate & nurture a team of field technicians.
Handle IoT SIM services, ensuring successful installations and gathering customer feedback.
Engage the service team for service-related tasks and maintain timely customer communication
Responsible for organizing work permits
Maintaining customer relations, tracking team performance & generating reports.
Participate in onboarding and training of new service team members primarily on the soft skills
SKILLS
Proficient in shaping and managing customer perceptions
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in English communication, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years proven experience in a similar role preferably within the services industry, in a mid to large-size company.
- Graduate in the following fields is preferred
- Business studies
- Consumer studies
- Management studies
- Business studies
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Salary package: A competitive salary package plus a performance-related bonus.
