ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage client relationships and contract renewals

  • Coordinate, motivate & nurture a team of field technicians.

  • Handle IoT SIM services, ensuring successful installations and gathering customer feedback.

  • Engage the service team for service-related tasks and maintain timely customer communication

  • Responsible for organizing work permits

  • Maintaining customer relations, tracking team performance & generating reports.

  • Participate in onboarding and training of new service team members primarily on the soft skills


SKILLS

  • Proficient in shaping and managing customer perceptions

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in English communication, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role preferably within the services industry, in a mid to large-size company.

  • Graduate in the following fields is preferred
    • Business studies
    • Consumer studies
    • Management studies
