Responsibilities -
Oversee all accounting transactions with precision and accuracy.
Implementation of budget control.
Generate and publish financial statements within established deadlines.
Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.
Ensure timely processing of bank payments and transactions.
Calculate and prepare all applicable tax returns and payments.
Manage and maintain balance sheets and profit and loss statements
.Conduct audits of financial transactions and documentation.
Safeguard financial data confidentiality and perform database backups as needed.
Adhere to financial policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Payroll processing - preparing salary slips, update leaves and salary calculations.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the evolving business objectives of the organization.
Required skills -
Experience working as an Accountant.
- In-depth understanding of accounting regulations and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Practical experience with accounting software applications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Experience handling general ledger functions.
Payroll handling experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Additional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
