Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  4. Website Management: Manage and optimize company websites for SEO, user experience, and lead generation. Monitor website traffic, performance, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our target audience on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  6. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Develop targeted email lists and segment audiences for maximum effectiveness.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign performance, ROI, and areas for optimization.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  9. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for outsourced marketing projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  10. Stay Current with Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance our digital presence and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience 3 years in digital marketing, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
