Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchasing and sales processes for Gypsum and related products, such as GBFS, Limestone, LC2, LC3, Fly Ash, and other materials.
  • Analyze cost structures, pricing, and relevant commercial factors to develop competitive business proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and customers and drive the sales process through successful closing.
  • Prepare and verify documents related to product purchasing and sales transactions.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, particularly within the Supplementary Cementitious Materials or SCMs product category.
  • Expand the customer base and develop new domestic and international markets.
  • Develop business models and commercial approaches to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to support business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and relevant business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Engineering, or related fields. (Bachelor's GPAX above 2.70 / Master's GPAX above 3.30.)
  • Good command of English with a TOEIC score of at least 550.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, International Trading, or industrial product sourcing and sales would be an advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze costs, pricing, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop new business concepts and business models.
  • Ability to build business relationships and effectively manage relevant stakeholders.
  • Willing and able to travel to meet customers, suppliers, or conduct business overseas.
