Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n and Power Automate
  • Build low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps, Power Pages) to support HR processes
  • Design, develop, and maintain system integrations (e.g., APIs, SAP, and other HR systems)
  • Write, review, and debug code for both new and existing applications
  • Design solution architecture and define end-to-end data flows
  • Provide support and troubleshoot production incidents to ensure system reliability
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and architecture designs
  • Act as a technical advisor to Business Analysts (BA), enhancing their technical understanding and capabilities
  • Contribute to improving internal technical standards and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT, software development, or related roles
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, DAX)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, SSO, and system infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms and workflow development
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing system integrations across multiple platforms
  • Experience in developing low-code applications
  • Ability to independently design system architecture and technical solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments
  • Experience in managing or contributing to system development projects
  • Prior experience in HR system development is a plus
  • Good command of English communication
