Operational System Integration Engineer (Rayong based) - NPI, Chemicals Business

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical control circuits and systems for machine building and automation projects
• Prepare BOM, control programs (PLC/HMI), and conduct machine testing & commissioning
• Troubleshoot electrical/control system issues during design, testing, and installation
• Design and build induction heater systems for injection and extrusion machines
• Discuss requirements with customers and propose electrical/automation solutions
• Prepare electrical design drawings (CAD) and coordinate procurement-to-installation process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or above).
• 1-3 years' experience in robotic, maintenance, automation, electrical design or related fields would be an advantage.
• Experience in machine vision solutions for machinery and robotic applications is preferred.
• Willing to travel and perform on-site testing according to project schedules.
• Proficiency in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley (AB), or Omron.

• Must be able to work on-site in Rayong.
