Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive marketing activities for building materials products to achieve business objectives and market growth.
  • Develop and execute product strategies, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Plan and implement marketing communication campaigns to effectively reach target customers and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze marketing performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to ensure alignment with business strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support product launches, business development initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
  • Good command in English. (TOEIC score at least 550)
  • Experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Trade Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of product management, pricing strategy, market analysis, and go-to-market planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in building materials, construction products, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
