Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales : Responsible for developing a strategy of sales and marketing for the international markets, with a main focus on Asia especially Asian and India and deliver incremental revenue and profit.
- Strategic Partnerships & Channel Management : Developing relationships with local distributors, contractors, architects, and developers to ensure market penetration
- Product Adaptation & Compliance: Adapting products to meet local building codes, environmental regulations (e.g., green materials), and quality standards
- Market Research & Analysis: Identifying high-growth countries and analyzing competitors, pricing strategies, and product preferences in local construction sectors.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Managing the export of materials, ensuring cost-efficient transport, and managing low-value/high-weight constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architect , Civil Engineer , Business , International trade or relate field
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 750 or above)
- 1 – 5 years of experience in export sales, business development or marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials products especially international market would prove to be beneficial
- Understand market research especially building material products to develop new products to meet the needs of the international markets
- Ability to read technical drawings or product specs especially for construction and architecture.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure , sales and marketing driven and strong problem solving skill especially B2C.
