Key Role and Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Operational Management
- Daily Operations Supervision: Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, inventory movements, and outbound processes.
- Team Management & Development: Supervise and develop warehouse personnel to maintain high standards of productivity, workplace safety, and 5S/housekeeping.
- Inventory & Space Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, control stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Stock Count Supervision: Oversee routine cycle counts and annual stock-taking activities to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
2. Operations Improvement & Problem Solving
- KPI Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor warehouse performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Drive productivity enhancements, logistics cost optimization, and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Stock Discrepancy & Issue Resolution: Investigate stock discrepancies, product damage, shortages, and claims, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse management operations
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Direct experience in managing both in-house operations and outsourced.
- Team Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Analytical and structured problem-solving skills to effectively investigate inventory discrepancies and handle operational issues.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
