Senior Business Development (Vietnamese Speaker) - CBM Vietnam, HCM

Job summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development to join our team in the Cement & Building Materials business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities
• Prepare business proposals, presentations for Board of Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to develop business strategies
• Analyze sales performance and market data to recommend business improvement initiatives
• Analyze financial performance to recommend business improvement initiatives
• Prepare regular business reports and updates for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
• Mid-career with approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Development
• Experience in the Cement, Building Materials, Manufacturing
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to communicate in English
• Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage
