Job Summary

Lead the development and improvement of warehouse and procurement management systems to enhance operational efficiency and support business strategies. Coordinate cross-functional projects, optimize workflows, and support system implementation across businesses.

Job Description

• Coordinate with related teams to develop systems and improve warehouse and procurement processes for higher operational efficiency.
• Design and enhance warehouse and procurement management systems aligned with business operations and requirements.
• Monitor and support system operations, including providing system-related services to users across businesses.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and procurement operations in line with business strategies.
• Collaborate with programmers and stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets operational needs.
• Analyze operational data and support the development of reports and dashboards for business optimization.
• Support project planning and implementation related to process improvement and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial operations, warehouse management, procurement systems, or project management
• Knowledge of warehouse and procurement processes, system development, and process improvement
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, BI tools, or dashboard development
• Familiarity with project management and database systems
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC > 550)
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bangkok)
