Production Engineer (Khmer-speaking), Cambodia-based

Key Responsibilities

• Production operations management
• Process control & optimization.
• Ensure the production process strictly follows product specifications and quality requirements.
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety standards, SHE policies, and factory regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, QC, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in production engineering (experience in skimcoat, mortar, or dry-mix).
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, production systems, and equipment operation.
• Able to communicate in English language.
• Able to travel to provinces as assigned.
• Willing and able to work on a full-time basis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
