Technical Engineer (Khmer-speaking), Cambodia-based

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and testing of new products or modified materials.
• Analyze product performance data to enhance durability, cost-efficiency, or environmental compliance.
• Prepare technical datasheets, test reports, and complaint resolution documents.
• Provide on-site or remote technical assistance for product application, installation, or performance issues.
• Coordinate laboratory testing for product properties (e.g., strength, durability, setting time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in civil technical engineer or a related role.
• Knowledge of product standards and test methods (ASTM, ISO, EN, etc).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
• Willing and able to work on a full-time basis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
