Industrial Engineer - Prachinburi-based, SCGP

Job Summary

Responsible for improving end-to-end manufacturing operations covering production, quality assurance, and logistics processes. This role drives efficiency, ensures product quality, and optimizes material and inventory flow within the plant.

Job Description

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs
• Monitor and support production performance, ensuring output meets targets and operational KPIs (e.g., OEE, DTP)
• Identify root causes of production and quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure product quality complies with internal standards and relevant quality systems
• Develop, review, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across production, QA, and logistics processes
• Coordinate with QA to ensure proper inspection, quality control, and continuous quality improvement
• Support inventory and material flow management, including raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels, reduce losses, and improve delivery efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects to enhance overall plant performance
• Apply new technologies and tools to improve manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process improvement engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory/logistics operations
• Familiar with process improvement tools, KPI tracking (e.g., OEE), or basic data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work cross-functionally
• Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC > 550)
• Willing to work onsite at Thai Containers Co., Ltd. (Prachinburi Plant)
