AI Enablement Specialist (Contract) - Chemical Business, Rayong Based

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI and digital solutions
• Develop and deploy applications using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, KNIME)
• Support user adoption by providing training and hands-on guidance on AI tools and digital solutions
• Act as the first point of contact for AI-related support within assigned areas
• Translate technical outputs into clear and actionable insights for non-technical users
• Monitor usage and continuously improve deployed solutions based on feedback
• Document use cases and support knowledge sharing initiatives

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
2. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is not required
3. Familiarity with digital tools, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms
4. Basic understanding of data and AI concepts
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
6. Problem-solving mindset and strong learning agility
7. Ability to work in cross-functional and on-site environments
8. Good command of English
