Senior Business Development (Vietnamese Speaker) - CBMV, HCMC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in the Cement & Building Materials business. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and supporting business growth across Vietnam and neighboring markets.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cement and building materials industry
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, contractors, developers, and business partners
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to develop business strategies
• Monitor project pipelines and support negotiations to secure new business opportunities
• Analyze sales performance and market data to recommend business improvement initiatives
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required
• Prepare regular business reports and updates for management
• Another task assigned by line manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
• Mid-career with approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in Business Development
• Experience in the cement, building materials, manufacturing, industrial products is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to communicate in English
• Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage
