Printing Specialist - Pathum Thani-based, SCGP (TCPT)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing printing technology operations, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality printing output. This role also provides technical support and drives continuous improvement in printing processes, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Manage and support printing process operations to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support related to printing quality issues
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve printing performance and workflow integration
• Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce defects and improve productivity (e.g., Lean, automation, digital workflow)
• Support cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects in printing operations
• Track technology trends, competitor movements, and market needs to enhance printing capabilities
• Act as a facilitator and coach for the team in printing technology and process improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and drive a safe working environment
• Develop team capability through training and knowledge sharing
• Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Agro-industry or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–3 years of experience in printing, packaging technology, technical service, or related field.
• Knowledge in printing processes, printing plate making, and printing quality control
• Understanding of production cost control and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, automation)
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical support for printing-related issues
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with ability to coordinate across functions
• Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC > 550)
• Willing to work onsite at Thai Container Group Co., Ltd. (Pathum Thani)
