About the job Sales Administrative (Special Contract) - SCG International
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work closely with the sales team to support the overall sales process and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and issue sales orders and related documents, including e-form, Allpay, CMM, VMM, and Material Master.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to arrange product availability and transportation, including trucks and containers.
- Monitor and update shipment status to related parties, including customers, vendors, and contractors.
- Follow up on invoices and debit notes, and coordinate vendor payment processes.
- Manage demand and supply planning for both SCG and non-SCG products to ensure operational efficiency and optimize inventory utilization.
- Support cross-functional coordination and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Bachelor's GPAX > 2.70).
- Experience in handling Import/Export documentation is preferred.
- Good command of Thai and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
