Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and work closely with the sales team to support the overall sales process and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and issue sales orders and related documents, including e-form, Allpay, CMM, VMM, and Material Master.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to arrange product availability and transportation, including trucks and containers.
  • Monitor and update shipment status to related parties, including customers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Follow up on invoices and debit notes, and coordinate vendor payment processes.
  • Manage demand and supply planning for both SCG and non-SCG products to ensure operational efficiency and optimize inventory utilization.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Bachelor's GPAX > 2.70).
  • Experience in handling Import/Export documentation is preferred.
  • Good command of Thai and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
