Role Overview

CBM Vietnam (a member of SCG Group) is seeking a high-potential HR professional to lead HR Operations across 3 manufacturing plants in Southern Vietnam.

This role is designed as a strategic succession pipeline position with the objective to develop the selected candidate into a Future HR Leader of SCG in Vietnam.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational HR execution, industrial relations capability, and strategic leadership mindset in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Leadership (3 Plants)

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations covering Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Payroll, C&B, Employee Engagement, IR, and Compliance
  • Ensure smooth HR service delivery across Binh Duong & Ho Chi Minh plants
  • Drive manpower optimization and productivity improvement initiatives

2. Industrial Relations & Compliance

  • Manage labor relations in compliance with Vietnam Labor Law
  • Lead union engagement and prevent labor disputes
  • Handle disciplinary cases, grievance management, and CLA implementation

3. Talent & Organization Development

  • Identify and develop key talents and successors
  • Implement performance management system aligned with SCG standards
  • Drive leadership development pipeline for plant management level

4. Change Management & Culture

  • Strengthen SCG core values and culture integration
  • Support transformation projects and operational excellence initiatives
  • Act as HR Business Partner to Plant Directors

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor HR KPIs (Turnover, Productivity, Engagement, Absenteeism)
  • Utilize HR data to drive business decisions

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field

2. Experience

  • Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience
  • At least 3 years in manufacturing environment (cement, building materials, heavy industry preferred)
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations
  • Strong exposure to Industrial Relations
